Hey, guys. Please can you help me?

Just bought two RGB bulbs (new version) and after updating to the last firmware that was available on Yeelight app, they are really unstable now. I’m using Mailand China as server, and already tried switching the DNS for 8.8.8.8. I also chose my 2.4 GHz connection for the bulbs.

It’s really frustrating, because I received them (two units) by mail yesterday, and couldn’t enjoy them. They only worked for a couple of hours and then the connection issues began.

Oh, and I tried to login with the Lixin user, but there’s no firmware update there (says that my bulbs are already updated).

My account # is 6247097402.

Yeelight staff, please help me…

My yeelight 2 has also stopped connecting to my phone. I’ve tried logging in with the eyeliner account but it says software up to date.

There’s no whitelist, please follow steps in first post in this thread.

It seems you can connect the bulb successfully. How about restart the bulb to see if it is back online.

Which country do you live? How about using server nearest to you?

Hi, i have a yeelight Philips eyecare gen 2 lamp.
I managed to connect the lamp via your account and the firmware is 1.2.8.0024 and it says it is up to date… Unfortunately I can not connect my lamp via my account ID 6235582053

It is Xiaomi’s app, not Yeelight’s
