On that account i can use my lamp.
And i think my id is bigger than 32 bit

Please read Step 2 carefully.
1、Logout your account and login with account: lixin@yeelink.net , Password: yeelink1234 from Yeelight application.
2、Try to connect device with the account. Update firmware once connected, then reset your device and try again with your account.

i am able to connect using mobile hotspot then switch back to my wifi again.the problem is when i turn off my wifi im not able to connect again tru my own account.i need to connect to mobile hotspot again then switch to wifi

I bought a smart lamp. Why does it not just work as described?

Apparently I have to spend a chunk of my own time setting up and beta testing your software so that my new lamp stays connected and can be used.

Hi I have the same issue when connecting the desk lamp, it keeps on saying connection timeout even when I am using the provided account. I am connecting it to a laptop wlan hotspot but fails.

There’s no whitelist to resolve the issue, please follow instruction in 1st post in this thread to fix the issue.

What’s your xiaomi account? Please check if it is bigger than 4294967295.
