I did and logged in with the account. Connected to the device, but once again connection timeout. And yes it was in china’s server
Change DNS of your router to 8.8.8.8 and connect again with account we provider to see if it works.

Hi.
I’m from India. I’ve got MI smart LED 10W. After few modifications in my router, I made it to connect to the network and it was working fine for a day. Then suddenly it became offline. I tried to reset it and reconnect. It’s failing at the network connection. It is available in the dhcp list though.
I tried to follow the given procedure. Turned to China server, tried to login with above given account. But it’s saying incorrect password.
Account: 547184802
Changed password back, have a try.
There’s no whitelist to resolve the issue, please follow instruction in the first post of this thread.
Connection succeeded. With both the account mentioned above and my account as well. But after an hour, the same condition. It’s offline. Checked the DNS. It’s set to 8.8.8.8 only.

Hello, I had follow your instructions, connect using yeelink account and everything was fine with pairing my smart bulb.
But when I try to update the firmware it says that I already have the last version (actual version 1.3.0_0035).
I’m from Chile, and I have selected the China region. I also tried with Singapore, Russia and USA.

For the record, I solved it creating a new account in a different region than China, so this way I’d got an Account Id less than the terrifing 4294967295.
