All 2nd Gen. Yeeglight bulbs (white and color) are not working since Nov 23 with ALEXA, it’s a consistent problem that has nothing to do with the way they are configured since all of them are working correctly through the Yeelight App.
Also, IFTTT notified me that the server is down and they cannot be handled anymore since the same day.
I have also noticed that this problems is happening to a lot of people on the google assistant.
Hi, the the bulb works with the yeelight App but I can’t find it on Google home even though it says my account has been linked successfully. I’m connected to the Singapore server. My MI ID is 1766854841. Thank you.
I’m replying to myself in order to help people with Alexa troubles.
SOLUTION: I had to create a new profile for Yeeligth and Alexa, and it worked like a charm.
Maybe this will not be the best or more elegant solution to everybody, but it was frustrating to not control my house light bulbs at all during the time i was wasting my time trying to get help from the staff on this forum.
