Bulb(s) go offline a LOT of the times

I have two bulbs that go offline a lot of the times. I have to turn the bulb off and on and wait to get it back. This is not good for my user experience. I have sent an error report through the app.

Is the bulb defect?

I have the same issue with all 5 of my bulbs.

How many devices oyu have on WiFi? I had problems that something went occasionaly offline and it stopped when I bought more powerful router…

i just tried to ping the bulb, seems it is losing connection a lot:

Updating the bulba to the latest firmware made things worse. Now 3 or 4 bulbs go offline :slightly_frowning_face: not happy
