Same issue here with my Arwen 550S YLXD013-A.
The minimal brightness setting is way too bright.
Also the color accuracy is already bad, yellow is green for example, so nothing to break in this department…

The lamp is on firmware 2.1.7_0011.

They have already many times said they will not be doing anything about this and if you want a fix buy the new bulb… there is a workaround listed above, I gave up and installed led strips in the rooms to use for low level lighting
