For some reason today the scenes started working, I’ll monitor the next days.
Sad news, today the scenes didn’t work again…

Hello, I am also expericing this issue as well for the last week.
Everything works on the yeelight app.
But when I ask my Google home mini to activate a preset scene
She says okay, but nothing happens.
I can use Google to turn the lights on and off, and even change Thier colors. But they will not successfully activate scenes anymore. Never had this problem before.
I’ve tried syncing everything and rebooting everything but that has no effect. Any ideas on how to correct or is this someone on yeelights end?

I hope to be temporarily disappeared and show again, otherwise it’s difficult to create each one of them again…
I’m having the same issues, it’s so infuriating because I’ve set up Google assistant to run timed routines that adjust the lights solely by scenes, so now nothing’s working correctly

I have been experiencing the same thing the past few weeks and made an account to report. Seems like a lot of others are experiencing it again too. My scenes stopped showing up on Google Home out of nowhere.

Hope this helps. With no response from yeelight. I finally figured it out.
Going to your Google home app and then the top left hit the plus button. Then click on add new device. From here. Click on the link that says works with Google home. There you’ll see your yellight app is linked. Go ahead and hit relink my account. From there. It’s going to have you not sign in to yee light, but apparently a new third party company they’ve been working with. I think that is what has caused all the recent issues. As soon as you manage to sign into that third party, you don’t need to make a new account, Just sign in with your yee light credentials. It’ll resync/relink everything back together. Finally, after almost two months of my lights not working. As soon as I did this and then asked Google to resync my devices for good measure. Suddenly all my scenes and devices are working exactly how they should.
It’s stupid I know. I didn’t think to do this because I could still use Google to turn the lights on and off and change their colors, but the scenes weren’t working at all through the Google home voice commands. And I even tried uninstalling lights and moving them everywhere. But like I said, the real culprit just seemed to be unlinking the yeelight account and signing into this new party. So weird, but yet such a simple fix. It would have been nice to see yee light Either send out this information or simply answer this form to try that. I would never have known that they were using a new sign in otherwise.
