Hint:
miiocli yeelight --ip 192.168.x.x --token ... set_developer_mode 1
The miiocli trick doesn’t work for unsupported models like yeelink.light.lamp2.

The lamp named Yeelight can be tried to use the Yeelight app to turn on LAN control. Due to the permission restrictions of Xiaomi, the product named Mijia no longer supports turning on LAN control
