i got an Update now trough xiaomi app only. after installing it. the lamp is now fully broken, i can use it only over the buttons on the device himself. inside the xiaomi app and yeelight app the lamp is marked as offline constantly. removing power doesnt help.
my home assistant find the lamp on my lan but reports also an error
2021-06-03 10:31:23 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.yeelight.config_flow] Failed to get properties from 192.168.0.31: A socket error occurred when sending the command.
Update: I did a factory reset (few times). now i am unable to bring the lamp back to my home network at all. with both apps, xiaomi and yeelight.

There is a custom firmware that will make it work (just look some topic above).
If you are cool enough to use lan-control features, you are for sure cool enough to modify the device too.
Do not stop requesting this. The more pressure the better.

yeah this may work for european or american companies, but you must be blind if you think this helps here.
And as i said, all of you guys are barking at the wrong person.
Would you complain at your car producer if you got bad gasoline at the gas station?
This is a xiaomi product and yeelight is only the producer. Its nothing that yeelight can decide.
Get it in your brains, find your own solution or at least complain at xiaomi forums… idiots.
BTW: The solution is HERE. In this forum, only some posts above. So what are you still complaining about.
