Anyone facing this problem, try installing an older version of the Yeelight app. I managed to enable LAN control for my MJTD01YL desk lamp in yeelight app v 3.2.14

Could you just read the topic? It was firmware lock for lan control. No difference which version of software installed. Firmware update disable it not yeelight version of software!

Of course not. This has been said so many times - This is a Xiaomi (MI) product, only manufactured by Yeelight. And Xiaomi requested removal of LAN control, so there’s nothing Yeelight can do about it… but people like to post “add me to whitelist” when no such thing exists. Instead using Google to find out what has happened.
