Ceiling 650 Pro

Hello.

My ceiling 650mm doesn’t turn off, the only way to turn off the lamp is cutting the energy,otherwise it will stay in moonlight.

The rgb part turns off normally but the main light when i turn off only change to moonlight and stays that.

Anything to do? Or just sending back?

Have you tried to reset it?
If it still doesn’t work normally, please contact customer service for replacement.

This is a hardware issue, please contact your retailer for a replacement or refund.

It’s not possible send to repair? The problem is only with moonlight.
