I have two yee light strips connected on the same wifi network, and only one has white mode enabled, can you please enable or white list me for my second strip :

Hi! I havent got white option. So disappointing, no white color, and I cant use my phone cam to scan the color! No option there. Only On/Off - Color - Flow - Timer - Favourite
Firmware up to date!
Led strip without white color is useless!

Please add me to the white list - I don’t have any white color on my Yeelight light strip plus. That is really frustrating

My account is 1635156229 and my using EU servers. But I can switch to China if needed. I have tested to switch to China servers but also didn’t help.
