Yeelight Strip keep losing connection


When my bulb goes off line it is not visible by the router. I have to disconnect it from power source for 30 minutes, then reset it to be able to connect to it again.


what’s the model of your router?

Its connecting and disconnecting randomly… I just found it offline again - this time it is not visible on the router config page.


Hello Staff? Are you working on a solution?


I actually give up on this. It is also too late to return to Amazon. I will just stick with hue strip next time (when it goes to sale, I can get it at $50) It just not worth the headache trying to reseting this after few hours or every couple of days.

These 2 strips will be my first and last purchase for now until they actually come with a solution.

My Yeelight Mijia new bedside lamp bought on 2018/04/15 the latest firmware and offline at random time (~ one day), offline on Yeelight app and Mihome app, unless I reset power, it and connect again.
When offline It is not visible in the router,
The “Turn All On” and "Turn All Off, It does’nt work when it goes offline.

I think, it means there’s something wrong with the wifi module of your lamp or your firmware.
What is the current solution? Or I bring equipment out to the store to change ?
