Yeelight Strip does not Connect to WIFI

Hello,

I bought a new Yeelight LED strip. Unfortunately I cannot connect it to my 2.4G WIFI. I have already tried the Yeelight and the Mi Home App on IOS 11.2. The connection attempt always terminates at 25%. I tried Mainland and Singapore Server. I’ve tried it several times and reseted the device every time.

Strangely enough, 4 other Yeelight bulbs work perfectly.

Can someone please help me?

Try to setup a hotspot, connect it through it and update the firmware. Then try to connect to your wifi.
