Yeelight Lightstrip wont turn on

I have the lightstrip plugged in but the LEDs wont turn on, only the remote where i can connect my phone to it but LEDs wont turn on

I can connect the Yeelight LED strip to my phone but it still won’t turn on

So, in Yeelight app, it’s showing on/off state accordingly, but the strip is not actually on, right?

Yes. The app would show it’s on but it is not.

There is a connector between the LED strip and the control module, please double check if it is connected correctly.

It seems a faulty hardware. Please contact your retailer to get a replacement.

Have you tried resetting the lightstrip? It could also be a problem with your wifi, try restarting your router. If it still doesn’t work, then contact the store you bought your light strip from.
