Yeelight bedside lamp 2 impossible to add the device

Hello,

I updated the app to the latest version and i was unable to control my bedside lamp previously added so I tried to delete it and re-add it to the app.

I followed the steps described :

  • reset the lamp by pushing the 2 buttons 5s;
  • i then see it into the app ;
  • i choose my box and enter the password;
  • about a minute later it reaches 100% and i get “Connection timed out”.

I tried with wifi 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ, none of them worked.
I tried to put it close to my box, it still did the same! (my wifi works perfectly with other devices).

How can it be so hard to just connect the app to the lamp???

Sorry for the issue, please let us know which step do you stuck?

And at last please use another phone to setup a hotspots with 4G network and try connect the bulb to it, I want to make sure if the bulb is ok. Thanks!
