Yeelight app ver. 3 doesn't support one of the lights

I tried to customise situation for schedule but when I try to choose it I see the light doesn’t support
(Its the latest version, no update for the light)

Ceiling light only support CT related customized light. Which type of customized light did you create? Does it include color frames?

Also one ceiling light is supported and one doesn’t (both located at the same room)

From the picture you attached, another ceiling is offline. pls confirm two things:

Could it be applied after it come online?
Are the two ceiling lights same? we have different version ceiling light with this appearance.

I want to apply it on the online light. They are not the same. This light is little bit beige color and not white
