Yeelight app issue

Hi

last week i got the lamp and i used it by Yeelight APP.

the lamp worked fine. I took the lamp to other please and then the Yeelight APP wont recognized the lamp.

when other phone searched the lamp in Yeelight it worked.

for now i cant find the lamp but in MI home APP it work normally

what should i do to recognize the lamp in Yeelight APP?

Are you using the same “locale” setup (Singapore vs China) in MiHome and Yeelight app?

yes they both on China

Yeelight app and MiHome share the same cloud, so please make sure you have the same account and locale for them.

I tryed them both
