Using strobe effect with 3rd party app

I found an app called LightYeeAr on iOS and there’s an effect which makes the bulb turn on/off every 0.05 second. will this damage my the bulb?

Hello, yeelight bulb will not appear in 3rd party apps (like lightyeeAr) even with Lan Control on, how do I fix this?
