I purchased the Mijia Desk Lamp and I have tried to connect it to the app multiple times, even trying to uninstall and re-install the app and using a different server. Everytime I do so, it goes to the end but then says that the connection has timed out and never fully connects. I have tried using another phone’s mobile hotspot as another router and still the same outcome. I read a solution concerning a DHCP list but I can’t seem to figure it out, and most of them don’t explain what I have to do.
