Connection timeout issue

I am able to login with this account and setup my Philips/Xiaomi E27 but it tells me that the firmware is up to date, no firmware updated available. Is there a trick to update the firmware?

And of course when I go back to my own account I am not able to setup the bulb.

6175061422 does it need to be white listed?

It’s not our product and Yeelight app not support it.

Actually they work perfectly with the Yeelight App but not with the Mi Home App.
I was hoping you can help me make them work with the Mi App

Update,solved:
I’ve solved the problem. It was a 5 GHz vs. 2,4 GHz Issue.
Solutions:
a. Turn of 5GHz off temporarily. After connection has been established re-enable.
b. Set up a temporary 2.4 Ghz Wifi with identical SSID and PW-

I already have a working mi bedside lamp (newer model with golden base).
I bought another one from a friend who never updated it.
The lamp is discovered in the yeelight app but connection times out.
What are the steps to update the firmware?
I am able to login to the app with Account: 241… as described above,
but I am getting the same timeout problems.

The login is not working anymore. is there another one i can use?

I hope you might help me…
I do have 3 pieces of Yeelight Ceiling lights that I purchased in 2017/2018 and never installed — until I now have the placr to do this.
I keep getting “connection timeout” all the time and I do see that my Ceiling light has received a IP-adress and I can even ping it, but it is never discovered in the Yeelight app.
My xiaomi acccount is bigger than 4294967295 (32bit), so I wanted to try to update the firmware, but the account: dingyichen@yeelink.net , Password: yeelink1234 does not exist anymore – password changed?
Please get me some support on this issue.
