so, i have 5 ceiling lights, all were working fine as it should for months, then 1 day, 1 light acting strange it turned on by itself even i turned it off after few hours it turns on again. so i decided to reset it, after that, i can no longer add it to my app. app keeps scanning for the light but seems cannot find it. remote is working fine though. been reseting it few times already but still cannot be detected.
Check if there’s AP names like “yeelink-light-***” in your phone’s wifi list?
no such name in the list.
Do you reset ceiling light successfully?
yes i did.
Do you have other phone? Please double check this item.
tried 3 different phones, with same result.
no possible solution?
