I have seen many topics with this question. JUST FREAKING ADMIT, you ahve 1a problem with connection to wifi! Give a good solution or give people their money back!
You can contact your retailer for a refund if you don’t like it.
And if you want to resolve the issue, please provider more information. There are lots of things may cause the issue.
- Does the bulb connect to your router?
- Which country do you live? Which server do you select in Yeelight application?
- How about setup a hotspot with another phone and connect the bulb to it?
- If the bulb works with hotspot, please have a try with changing DNS to 18.104.22.168.
