Connection error

I have seen many topics with this question. JUST FREAKING ADMIT, you ahve 1a problem with connection to wifi! Give a good solution or give people their money back!

You can contact your retailer for a refund if you don’t like it.

And if you want to resolve the issue, please provider more information. There are lots of things may cause the issue.

  1. Does the bulb connect to your router?
  2. Which country do you live? Which server do you select in Yeelight application?
  3. How about setup a hotspot with another phone and connect the bulb to it?
  4. If the bulb works with hotspot, please have a try with changing DNS to 8.8.8.8.
