Light strips not working with alexa

I had this problem with my bulbs not being able to select white colors through Alexa, then when I was whitelisted for that update it fixed the bulbs, but not the light strips. I can’t select any shade of white via Alexa on my light strips. Please help

What firmware version do you use of your Lightstrip? I will take a look at the issue.

I can’t seem to find the version anywhere, I do know I have no new ones available though.

You can see firmware version from device control view, click “right bottom” button, you will see firmware version in page of “Firmware Update”.

Okay I found it, they’re both on 1.4.2_0049
