after 2 months of hard company’s willingness to respond customers , I got a slow and stupid support for Facebook after not recommending the page. Good luck to everyone who is in this fight.

I left a negative review on App Store, they answered me asking to send every detail via email. I did so but obviously nobody answered. They just answer the negative reviews just to make other people think you are a stupid leaving a bad feedback and not contacting their support. I simply don’t recommend their products: the quality is medium, the support is unbelievably bad and the price is now similar to the competitor’s one.
This is a big problem and still present… I got five 1s color bulbs and updated on latest firmware, through HomeKit they receive exclusively HSV commands, before they interpreted it well as I read from other posts (2 years ago!!) and now it doesn’t work anymore.
Apple says the producer should update and fix this in the firmware… please YI, the HomeKit color temperature is unusable as it selects the bulb color mode instead… you must fix this!!! They are HomeKit native but don’t support the most important basic feature… the white light
