Unable to connect bulb with app initial setup

Hi, got the smart led bulb color (new type). Use an iPhone, set my apple access point to 2.4Ghz. App installed but not possible to get connected to the bulb. Both Yeelight and mi home don’t work for me.

Did the reset, tried various servers, 2 different bulbs.
Keeps asking me to make a WiFi connection, but does not see the bulb.

What can I do?

Which country do you live? Please select the recommend server Yeelight app shows and try connect again, please have a check:

  • If the bulb connected to your router? You can check it from your DHCP list.
  • If the bulb has connected to the router, you can change DNS of your router to, reset the bulb, and try connect again to see if it works.
