Amazon Echo Doesn't Work With Voice Commands

Hi all,

I just setup my Yeelights and paired them to my Echo v3. I can control the lights using my phone with both the yeelight and alexa app but when I say “Alexa, turn on lights” it says it couldnt find a device called lights. In the Alexa app, there is literally an icon titled lights which contains all of my bulbs if i click on it. Any help?

Also I am on USA server

Alexa won’t control default device groups that are in the Alexa app. You can control each device separately or you can create light groups in the Yeelight app that will sync with Alexa.
