Connection timeout Yeelight Bulb (color)

I got my Yeelight Bulb (color) 220V from gearbest before 2 days, And just can not connect to router / hotspot
not from yeelight app and not from mi home

yeelight - until 99% and then ‘timeout’
mi home - connect - send message to the device - and fail on last step

I checked the last two days of every article I found, in google and in the forum
The device is identified in DHCP, and in all the devices

  • Switched all the servers, china, us, singapore, russia, german,
  • Reset the bulb many times… again and again…
  • Installed a 4G access point from another device
  • Tried to get close to bulb and to connect to different places in the house
  • Wifi 2.4, i also created new ssid, password only numbers: 12345678 or 12341234
    Google dns: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
  • Tried to set up a local dns server with simpledns, but i do not have a router option to enter domain only ip so i did not know what to type
  • Open port 8053 UDP and 80 TCP in the router

Router is from my ISP:
ZXHN H198A

Country: IL - Israel

Nothing help, I’m not sure if it’s a bulb problem or just network problem,
or just i miss something

its can be problem with my id maybe? can it be checked please if yes?
im just not sure what is the problem

try to use other phone. Had the same issue with my huawei p20 pro, took an old moto g4 and connected in seconds.

im using meizu devices, but yes i will give a test now with my ipad 3, and huawei tablet

its didnt help me, other devices didnt connect too
