I purchased by international shipping.

When I turn off the switch it still lights up in red.

It’s hard to get a refund because it is overseas.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have a different controller and came here from google but i resolved my problem and i thought it might be helpfull for somebody also coming from google.

So now to the Solution:
In my case the Mosfet of the Red Chanel was broken I replaced it with the one from a not used chanel and it worked. It does include some soldering but it was quite easy.

i had same problem diffrent brand seems to be for me at least

not having enoufh power
