My lamp is defective, there’s no doubt about it. The light intesity varies on its own. I completely disconnected it from the internet and if I turn it on the light intensity keeps changing randomly. If I hold the little button without touching the sensor, the color then varies randomly. This means the touch sensor is defective. I already tried cleaning the touch sensor but no change.
How would one go for a replacement of this lamp?
