Unable to link account to Alexa

I couldn’t reconnect mine to Alexa as well. I was connected before then I did a reset. Now it says “We were unable to link Yeelight at this time.”. Its been like that for a week now. Please fix. My ID is 6359800677

Hello, I’m from Brazil and I recently bought Bulb RGB. But I also can’t link my account with Alexa, I ask you to resolve by Friday, as I will have to return the product if it doesn’t work.

Just happened to me too… Wanted to switch off my lights to go sleep, nothing. Reset my echo dot and all the lights, nothing. Tried resetting the skill, cant connect :frowning:

It’s also happening to me. After years working fine, suddenly it stop responding at Alexa. Disconnected and uninstalled the skill. Tried to reinstall the skill, but it cannot connect to Yeelight skills - says try again later

same issues as of 20 May '23. Suddenly stopped working and i can’t reconnect

Same issue here. Works fine on the Yeelight App but not via Alexa. Tried disabling the skill and re-enabling but keep getting error “We were unable to link Yeelight at this time” - 23/05/2023
