can't add yeelight led color on "public wifi"

Hello
I’m living in a flat with public wifi with id/password. I can’ add yeelight led color in yeelight application because there is a timeout. I don’t see where enter id/password for my wifi. I see only password in the yeelight application.
How can i connect the yeelight led color ?

The bulb can only work with a router using WPA / WPA 2 encryption method with a password.

You can setup a hotspots with another phone, and connect to it.
