Inquiry about replacement part for Yeelight YLDX02YL – spring contacts in the quick-connect socket

Dear Yeelight Support Team,

I am writing to ask for help with my Yeelight lamp, model YLDX02YL.

The problem:
The lamp does not light up reliably. I have traced the issue to the spring-loaded contact pins inside the round quick-connect socket (the part with the two red push-buttons marked N and L). These are the small gold-colored, springy metal contacts inside the circular opening where the LED module is inserted.

When I gently bend these contacts upward, the lamp works for a short time. However, after fully installing the lamp, it stops working again. It only lights up if I press the lamp housing firmly with my hand. This indicates that the spring contacts are not making proper contact with the lamp’s terminals—either the spring tension is too weak, the contacts are pushed too low, or the lamp module sits slightly crooked.

What I am looking for:
I would like to know:

  1. Can I purchase the spring contacts (or the entire quick-connect socket module) as a spare part? If yes, what is the exact part name or part number?

  2. Are these spring contacts available separately, or do I need to replace the whole socket module?

  3. What are the specifications of these contacts (length, spring travel, material)? I am asking because I would like to know whether a compatible replacement exists.

  4. If the part is not available, what do you recommend as a solution—replacing the entire lamp, or is there a service center that can repair it?
