When the colored light shining onto the ceiling is turned on, the chandelier makes a noise similar to a computer fan. I could hear it from 6 meters away. The noise is even worse because it’s reflected off the ceiling, making it even louder. I returned the lamp to the store, and they gave me a new one. And oh my god, it’s making noise too. What’s going on?
Yeah, same here. Mine was manufactured recently (2025/08) — four units, all with the same issue. Could you check whether yours also has a label with a similar date? It might be a bad production batch or a faulty electronic component.
