have a problem with my Yeelight Monitor Light Bar Pro. After plugging it into power, the lamp keeps blinking with both the top and bottom lights, and it’s not detected by the Yeelight app (the app says the device is offline). The wireless dial is also completely unresponsive. I have already tried the factory reset procedure (plugging and unplugging the power quickly five times), but this didn’t help and the blinking continues. I also tested different USB-C cables and used a powerful charger (5V/2A or higher), but nothing changes.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there anything else I can try, or does it mean a hardware failure and require warranty service?
