Factory reset does not work Yeelight Smart LED Ceiling Light 300C

Hi, need update for this problem :

When I switch on the light it always goes through the same sequence that you see at the beginning (and the end of the video)

  • bright white light
  • yellow light
  • bluish white light
  • back to yellow
  • the brightest white light (at it remain that way).

In the video you see that I also try the factory reset proceedure (switch off and switch on 5 times) - I tried it for hours and hours, trying 2s delays, faster, slower …5 times, 7 times … anything. But no, it is always the same sequence. I never get the “pulsing light” and my Yeelight app does not recognize it.

(I have another Yeelight Ceiling Light - Arwen, that one worked and continues to work without any problems).

I will appreciate any help, or any tip what can I try to do to connect the light with the app.

Hi, I have same problem, but I dont have dimmer. I download on Android phone that sh*t application and it says that my phone is not compatibile and that I have to download LARK or LURK or something like that. I downloaded that, installed, registred myself and there is nothing to do with YEELIGHT or One click repair or anything else. This is not normal solution. I have IOS phones in my family, I had install everything on my mom’s android phone and it didnt work. I need solution, I have new Yeelight ceiling lights and ITS NOT WORKING. Can u help me or should I call electrician again, disconnect that broken light and return it to seller? I bought 8 lights, 7 works all right and 1 not. Thanks for your response.
