Good afternoon. I have purchased the RGB Yeelight Lightstrip Pro and have encountered a problem with its operation.
The device is connected to Yeelight mobile app (v.3.5.4.35402), LAN Control is enabled and the latest firmware version of the device (2.1.7_0021) is installed. The device is added to the YEELIGHT STATION, but I cannot create scripts due to an error: “Failed to save the script, try again”. In addition, the device crashes after restarting the PC and does not remember the settings for Screen Color Select mode.
The PC is wired to the router and is on the same network as the ribbon. Can you tell me what this problem is related to? Do I need to return it to the store as defective and ask for a replacement?
