Yeelight problem "connection timed out"

I have a problem with my lights, if I reset them then they’re showing a yellow/orange light but if I connect in the yeelight app then in mid setup it closes the wifi and shows the error “connection timed out”

And I forgot to mention that I have been resetting it and it kicks me out of the set up or just hides the wifi. Any solutions?

And I already tested The DNS address change to 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9 and 1.1.1.1

Please check whether you are connected to a 2.4G wifi or whether the dual-band function is enabled on the wifi. Please turn off this function and try again.

I tried both already.

The error is that it just disables the wifi of the LEDs mid setup.
