Impossible to install lights

Recently I’ve moved to a new house so have to re install my devices. I have reset all te devices and gave the app access to everything. When I am on the step that I need to select the Yeelight wifi network and return to the app I get the prompt that I need to allow network access in my settings. This is already the case.

I’m on iOS and the app is on the newest update

I have also already tried 2.4 ghz wifi only

I’ve also correctly reset my lights.

Please help!

You can try uninstalling yeelight and reinstalling it.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I have already tried this a few times on a few different devices. Still to this day does not work

Maybe you need to enable this permission in settings
