Yeelight Crystal Pendant Light becomes unavailable after random amount of time.
If I switch power off and on, they became responsive just in a few seconds.
All three became unavailable at the same time.
Firmware is the latest available in the yeelight app.
I’ve tried:
- factory reset all 3 crystal lights
- change router
- change router setting to split 5 and 2.4 wifi networks
What else can help? Because it happens 5-6 times a day.
If I can provide more information that can help, just say it.
P.s. All other yeelight device work correctly. Crystal lights started to have an issue a week or two ago.

Oh no … i just installed my Yeelight Pendent on June 2024 … and encounter excatly the same issue on the same firmware … is there any fix to this? it seems to be working fine with the older firmware, can we flash back the older firmware?

I just switched the light to a pure 2.4 GHz network WiFi, still encounter the same issue, then light will automatically disconnect by itself after a while… Once I power cycle the light, it will immediately connect to the WiFi network.
The device seems to work great Before the firmware upgrade, any way I can flash back the older firmware?
