Hi,
I was excited to try my first smart bulb and after I screwed it into the socket and then tried to unscrew it (once it didn’t work), the metal cover of the base just came off and stayed in the socket.
I’m really unhappy to see that with so little force, the bulb would just fall apart.
Can I fix this in any way? Is this gray stuff a health hazard?
