Unable to add Yeelight Moon ceiling light to Yeelight app

It fails with a time out error.

Account number is 8193925089.

I can see the devices are connected in my orbi internet router. But adding them in the app failed.

Any support would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Is there anyone out there who might be able to assist?

I can’t see any device under your account, may I ask which server you connected it to? Can you try using a mobile hotspot connection, or switch to a mainland server connection? If the connection is successful, upgrade first

Thanks Morgan. I tried connecting to all servers and the behaviour doesn’t change. I’ll try connecting to a mobile hotspot instead now and let you know.
