Can't connect Filament Bulb to the app

Did everything I can to connect Filament Bulb to the app. The connection process is so stupid it’s unbearable.
=Switched DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4.
=Turned off 5G
=Did a reset on the bulb multiple times

And it’s a timed out every single time. Wasted over 10 hours trying to connect fucking bulb to a broken and outdated app. The worst experience I had with any technology so far.

If anyone has a solution to the problem i beg you please help me.The bulb is slowly killing me i swear.

Firmware is up do date, don’t know how to check that
