Yeelight not resetting

Hi,

It’s been two months since a purchased the bulb. It was working perfectly with another 3 bulbs. Then suddenly it turned off. I tried to reset all of them and link them to one group. All of them responded the the reset except one. I took it to another room with a separate power switch but didn’t work all what I get is when I turn the switch on it stay off but when I (turn off) it flickers once and turns off again.

You can try to repeatedly power on and off, stop when you see the light flickering. If the bulb reset succeeds, the light will breathe and blink. If the reset fails, it may be hardware damage and needs after-sales replacement.
