Led Bulb 1S not responding (homekit)

My Led Bulbs 1S hasn’t worked for weeks. Many people have been complaining about this issue on this forum and you are not responding or fixing it. Bulbs 1S are randomly not responding in homekit APP. So please, could you do something?
