Dear support,
I bought Arwen 550S which is not so cheap but AFTER 10 days the Light just blinking. It doesnt communicate with remote (it was ok). But I broke the plastic shell. So I have 2 questions:
1/ Can I ask to replace mainboard? It sounds as clicking after power on, LEDs are blinking randomly.
2/ Can I buy spare plastic shell?
I think this is “must have” for such expensive light…
