Recently my RAZER Chroma says the Yeelight is unreachable. The Yeelight Razer Connector is working fine.

Im here for the exact reason. Everything works fine.
LAN Control is enabled
Synapse Chroma Connect is enabled
Can ping IP of both the strip and also the lightbar
Yeelight App able to talk to both LED strip and also the Monitor lightbar.
Desktop Connector able to function properly when click preview button
Chroma able to detect it but it says unreachable in Chroma Studio
Any clicks on the sync button has no effect on both the devices.
Any idea?
