Yeelight desk pro V1 lamp switching issues and distributor support problems

I purchased the V1 Pro desktop lamp recently in South Africa. The lamp had issues powering on and off, as the touch control was not registering consistently. Also the lamp would not go all the way into the base.

The South African official distributor promised me a replacement and asked to collect my brand new lamp. After they collected it, they stopped communicating.

Can your company prod your official South African distributor to follow up and deliver on their promises? I would appreciate this. Thank you.
