Hi, two of my Yee light strips are not behaving properly - the colours do not change correctly and they cannot be turned off.
When turned ‘off’ one changes to green, and for the other it changes to ‘blue’.
I have already reset both devices but it does not fix the problem. Please see the videos in the links below.
