I bought a Light Bar Pro and everything was good, but suddenly the product stops to connect to my internet, turn off and on continuously. I tried to follow the steps to reset the lamp, I tried to change from another network but still, I facing the same problem. Any help on this could be great. Thanks in advance.
The wifi reception of this screen bar is terrible because of the aluminium casing.
You can’t do a lot about it. Except maybe moving closer to your router.
I mostly use it just with the remote control never had an issue with that.
